रीट एग्जाम क्या है (What is Reet Exam) | राजस्थान अध्यापक पात्रता परीक्षा (REET)

REET की फुल फॉर्म राजस्थान एलिजिबिलिटी एग्जामिनेशन फॉर टीचर्स होती है। यह एग्ज़ाम शिक्षकों के लिए राजस्थान एलिजिबिलिटी टेस्ट है। राजस्थान में थर्ड ग्रेड टीचर्स की रिक्रूटमेंट के लिए आयोजित कराई जाती है। रीट परीक्षा राजस्थान बोर्ड ऑफ़ सेकेंडरी एजुकेशन (BRSE) द्वारा आयोजित की जाती है। REET एग्ज़ाम पास करने पर एक सर्टिफिकेट दिया जाता है, जिसकी मान्यता 3 साल तक रहती है। REET की परीक्षा को एजुकेशनल क्वालिफिकेशन और टीचिंग लेवल के आधार पर दो लेवल में बाँटा गया है।

रीट परीक्षा लेवल (Reet Exam 2023 Levels)

राजस्थान तृतीय श्रेणी शिक्षकों के पदों को दो श्रेणियों में विभाजित किया गया है-Level-1 एवं Level-2. इस थर्ड ग्रेड टीचर लेवल 1 और लेवल 2 के आधार पर रीट परीक्षा को भी दो प्रकार में विभाजित किया गया है। रीट के बाद थर्ड ग्रेड के लिए होने वाली परीक्षा को भी REET Exam 3 कहां जाने लगा है। तो इस तरह से REET Exam के निम्न प्रकार हैं:-

रीट लेवल 1

कक्षा 1 से 5 तक के विद्यार्थियों को पढ़ाने वाले थर्ड ग्रेड शिक्षकों को level 1 में रखा गया है। सीनियर सेकेंडरी उत्तीर्ण तथा बीएसटीसी, डीएलएड या 4 वर्षीय टीचर ट्रेनिंग डिप्लोमा कोर्स किए हुए योग्य अभ्यर्थी थर्ड ग्रेड टीचर level 1 के लिए पात्र होते हैं।

लेवल 1 के टीचर की रीट परीक्षा के आधार पर अलग से सूची बनाई जाती है इनकी रीट परीक्षा का सिलेबस level-2 से अलग है परंतु सैलरी समान है। रीट लेवल 1 रीट लेवल 2 के अभ्यर्थियों की योग्यता में भिन्नता है। Reet level 1 में सभी विषयों के शिक्षक शामिल हैं।

रीट लेवल 2

कक्षा 1 से 5 तक के प्राइमरी अध्यापकों को लेवल फर्स्ट एवं कक्षा 6 से 8 तक के अपर प्राइमरी अध्यापकों को level-2 के अंतर्गत रखा गया है। Reet level 2 से थर्ड ग्रेड टीचर अलग-अलग विषयों हिंदी अंग्रेजी गणित विज्ञान संस्कृत सामाजिक के लिए विषय वार भर्ती की जाती है।

Reet Level 2 ग्रेजुएशन के बाद b.ed क्या उसके समान टीचर ट्रेनिंग कोर्स किए हुए अभ्यर्थी परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण होकर कक्षा 6 से 8 तक के लिए विषय अध्यापक बनते हैं।

Reet Level 2 थर्ड ग्रेड टीचर पदों के लिए विषय के अनुसार अलग-अलग योग्यता है एवं योग्यता एवं विषय के अनुसार तृतीय श्रेणी अध्यापकों का चयन किया जाता है। अभ्यर्थी संबंधित विषय में ग्रेजुएशन तथा बीएड होना चाहिए।

रीट लेवल 3

Reet exam में सफल अभ्यर्थियों का थर्ड ग्रेड Level 1 और Level 2 टीचर के लिए चयन किया जाता है। परंतु राजस्थान में नकल और पिपली की घटनाओं के बाद Reet exam level 3 का आयोजन किया जाता है।

वास्तव में यह थर्ड ग्रेड टीचर के लिए भर्ती परीक्षा है तथा इसमें से निर्धारित पदों के लिए वांछित उम्मीदवारों का चयन किया जाता है। इस थर्ड ग्रेड भर्ती परीक्षा को ही अभ्यर्थियों ने Reet exam level 3 कहा है परंतु वास्तव में यह थर्ड ग्रेड टीचर भर्ती परीक्षा है कथा लेवल 1 और लेवल 2 में रीड सर्टिफिकेट प्राप्त उम्मीदवार इस में सम्मिलित हो सकते हैं।

इससे पहले तृतीय श्रेणी अध्यापकों की भर्ती के लिए राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग या जिला परिषद के द्वारा अलग परीक्षा का आयोजन किया जाता था परंतु वर्तमान में RTET एवं REET EXAM के आधार पर ही भर्ती प्रक्रिया पूर्ण की जाती है।

 

Reet Exam Qualification Level - 1 and Level - 2

REET Level - 1

  • न्यूनतम 50% अंकों के साथ 12वीं पास होना चाहिए और एलीमेंट्री एजुकेशन में 2 वर्षीय डिप्लोमा में पास या इस कोर्स के अंतिम वर्ष में पढ़ रहा होना चाहिए।
  • न्यूनतम 50% अंकों के साथ 12वीं पास होना चाहिए और एलीमेंट्री एजुकेशन के 4 वर्षीय ग्रेजुएशन (B.EL.Ed.) पास या इस कोर्स के अन्तिम वर्ष में पढ़ रहा होना चाहिए।

REET Level - 2

  • न्यूनतम 45% अंकों के साथ ग्रेजुएट एवं शिक्षा शास्त्र (pedagogy) में 1 वर्षीय ग्रेजुएट (B.Ed.) में NCTE (नेशनल कॉउन्सिल फॉर टीचर एजुकेशन) के अनुसार पास होना चाहिए।
  • न्यूनतम 50% अंकों के साथ 12 वीं में पास होना चाहिए एवं 4 वर्षीय B.A./B.Sc.Ed. या B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed. में या तो पास हो या इस कोर्स के अंतिम वर्ष में पढ़ रहा होना चाहिए।
  • न्यूनतम 50% अंकों के साथ 12वीं किया हुआ हो एवं 4 वर्षीय एलीमेंट्री एजुकेशन में ग्रेजुएट (B.El.Ed.) में या तो पास हो या इस कोर्स के अंतिम वर्ष में पढ़ रहा हो।
